Hungarian acacia honey
The Hungarian acacia honey is light, soft, not very acidy honey, with acacia flower scent. Its colour shades vary from neutral to slight yellow. Due to its high sugar content, it maintains its liquid state for years without any crystallisation. This honey does not have a characteristic flavour, therefore it is recommended to anyone who is beginning to consume honey. Because of its excellent quality, acacia honey has been an export article in demand primarily in Germany, France, Italy and Great Britain.
